REGISTRATION

The Site is aimed at companies and Users who have reached the age of 18. In order to use the site, Users must register by truthfully and completely providing all the data requested in the relevant registration form and fully accept the privacy policy and these general conditions. Navigation and use of the services offered within the Site are made accessible following the registration procedure.

Registration is free. Users who register on the site will have to provide some personal data and follow all the steps of the procedure. At the time of registration, the User will be asked to choose a Username and a Password, which the user undertakes not to transfer, even temporarily, to third parties and to keep with due care. The User is therefore informed that all the acts performed through the use of these credentials will be attributed to him and will have binding effect on him.

CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER

The General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission, acceptance, shipment, purchase methods and the right of withdrawal of purchase orders for products on the site https://notedisiena.com.

The General Conditions of Sale may undergo changes based on the development of the activity and in compliance with any updates and legislative changes.

The prices are expressed in Euros and the sale is currently permitted only in Italy and are inclusive of VAT plus shipping costs.

The owner reserves the right to change the price of the products.

It is understood that the price of the Product that will be charged to the User will be that indicated in the Order Receipt Confirmation and in the Payment and Authorization Confirmation email, displayed by the user before placing the order, and that it will not be taken into account of any changes (increase or decrease) subsequent to the transmission of the order.

Methods of purchase

The User must select the products and carry out the checkout, after having verified and possibly modified the information contained in the order summary. The order is made by confirming it and is subject to payment of the price and shipping and payment costs indicated in the order summary form. The “Order Receipt Confirmation” does not constitute acceptance of the order. The conclusion of the contract takes place when the Seller sends the “Confirmation of Payment and Authorization” to the email address provided by the User, containing a summary of the general and particular conditions applicable to the contract, information relating to the essential characteristics of the purchased product, detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, information on the right of withdrawal, delivery costs and any additional costs, indication of the conditions for resolving the contract, and customer service contacts, which the user can contact to request assistance and/or submit complaints.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The Site provides different payment methods:

Purchases by Credit Cards are managed directly by the PayPal circuit, which will only authorize the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made.

BILLING

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are insured and free standard delivery usually takes place between 48-72 hours in Italy from the time of receipt of the order. The operating methods and shipping rates will be managed at the time of checkout.

The sale and delivery of the products on the site is limited to the Italian territory and to adults (18 years of age).

Shipping costs are €10.00 for each order sent.

Warranty, refunds and right of withdrawal

In the e-mail you will have to communicate the order number and the accurate description of the defect (we advise you to document everything, where possible, with photographic material).

If you receive damaged products, please contact our customer service via email, sending all possible documentation to highlight the damaged product.

If you receive products that you deem non-compliant, we ask you to inform us via e-mail at info@notedisiena.com   indicating the order number and the reason for the report or by calling us on 0577 333899. Our customer service is at at your complete disposal to solve the problem and to give you all the necessary information to proceed with the replacement or refund.

If, on the other hand, you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, regulated by the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code), you can do so without any penalty within 14 days of receiving the goods and subject to written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Indemnification

The User undertakes to indemnify the company from any obligation or liability, including any legal fees incurred to defend themselves in court, which may arise in the event of damage caused to other Users or third parties, in relation to the contents uploaded online, the violation the terms of the law or the terms of these conditions of service.
